Agreement

By engaging Okanagan App Development for web development services, you agree to these terms.

Services & Rates

I provide web development services at $100/hour with a 3-hour minimum per project. Estimates are provided before work begins. Final cost may vary from the estimate but I will communicate any changes.

Payment

Payment is due as follows: 50% upfront before work begins, 50% upon delivery. For projects under $500, payment terms are flexible. Accepted methods include e-transfer and credit card.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom code and assets created for your project. I retain the right to use the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party tools and libraries remain under their respective licenses.

Timeline & Communication

I provide estimated timelines but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. I will keep you updated on progress and communicate any delays promptly. Projects require timely feedback from you to stay on schedule.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included in the quoted hours. Significant scope changes or additions beyond the original brief will be quoted separately.

Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work. My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
